The GDPR is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (13th and 14th article) of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which data Continental Group Ltd. is receiving from candidates, who send their application for a job.

The data collection of the candidates
 
Data controller offers the possibility for candidates to send their application for a job advertised by the company in the way offered in the advertisement (through e-mail or paper-based) or without a job application, sending their Curriculum Vitae as an application for any open position in the future.
The claim of the data collection: the application for a job is based on a voluntary permission.
The concerned parties: every natural person, who is applying to the Data controller for recruiting purposes.

the name of the position - the identification of the application
special data (e.g. medical data) - the Data controller collects special data only if it is necessary for the consideration for filling the position
experiences – previous employer's name and position-  is necessary for the consideration of filling the position in
experiences – the work experience is necessary for the consideration of filling the position in
education, certificates- the datas about education is necessary for the consideration for filling the position
language certificates - the language certifications are necessary for the consideration for filling the position
other data given in the CV- other datas given in the CV are necessary for the consideration for filling the position

We store the personal data for recruiting purposes and keeping in contact with the candidates.

The process of the data management for recruiting purposes

The candidate is sending the application to the Data controller. The application is typically, but not exclusively sent by e-mail.
 
The Data controller shares the collected data with the management of the companies, which are in contracted relation with the Data controller (henceforward Partners) and furthermore the Data controller shares all data with its Partners for recruiting purposes. It means that the Data controller and its Partners manage data together. The Partner is the legal employer.

During the recruitment process, the Data controller or its Partner is taking into consideration the application and the necessary terms for the position. After consideration, on the basis of comparison, the most appropriate candidates are participating in a personal interview.

The selection process continues with an interview and - in some cases - with filling out a test at the Partner. The selection process is closed with signing the contract with the most appropriate candidate. The Partner of the Data controller is sending information about the result of the selection process to the Data controller. The Data controller is sending information about the result of the selection to the candidates.

The candidate takes notice that if the candidate has given a reference person during the application process, the Data controller might contact the given person to check the prior work experiences of the candidate.

We store your personal data for a period no longer than it is necessary in relation with the achievement, maximum for 1 year after receiving the application.

Method of data collection: via e-mail and/or on paper form, filled in manually.
